Projects We're Working On

UNWANTED CRITTERS: SKUNKS, RACCOONS, ETC.

The fox have disappeared. The skunks, racoons and rabbit populations have grown. Milky Spore is one deterrent. We are working with City to determine other safe methods.

WEEDS, OVERGROWN VEGETATION

According to Keep Denver Beautiful, trash begets trash and more trash begets graffiti and graffiti leads to crime. Overgrown vegetation invites trash and graffiti because it looks like we don't care.

The City has authority to cite and fine homeowners who do not keep vegetation trimmed. Weed management on sidewalks are homeowner responsibilities, not the City's. If you would like to assist in this effort and with street upkeep, contact us!

SNOW REMOVAL ISSUES ALONG QUEBEC STREET
The city holds homeowners accountable for snow removal; however, Quebec Street is often addressed by the City. As of 2018, homeowners are responsible.

THANKS TO THE BODY SHOP

Please say thank you toThe Body Shop (Monaco/E. Expo) for keeping the bus stop across from GWHS clear of trash. They have done this since 2016. Much appreciated!!
